Veterans Cannabis Group, VCG, will be discussing combat-related PTSD and other service-connected disabilities and how medicinal cannabis can help relieve some of those symptoms. The event will provide a safe place for Veterans to try medicinal cannabis and learn about how to use it properly; dosing and different delivery methods (smoking, vaporizing, edibles, tinctures, etc.). There will be cooking classes throughout the day on how to make your own cannabis infused edibles, informative educational panels with professional doctors, cannabis entrepreneurs, and Veteran advocates telling their stories about how medicinal cannabis has helped improve their lives.Cannabis companies will be giving out medicinal cannabis to Veterans at their respective booths and Veterans will have the opportunity to get medical cannabis doctor recommendations onsite. The event will have a fun element with music, food, and educational entertainment. Veterans will be able to network with each other, cannabis professionals, and their community while becoming educated in a safe and fun environment at their local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phoenix, AZ on E Thomas St.Come meet and speak with your Veteran peers who have found relief through medicinal cannabis and learn from medical professionals about how cannabis can help you!We look forward to supporting our Nation's Heroes and having some fun at the same time!(Veterans Cannabis Group is a 501(c)3 nonprofit.)We are an advocacy group of veterans for veterans who use cannabis.
