AZ MEP Phase 2 - Leadership Development Program - Cohort 3

Phase 2 is the next step in the AZ MEP Leadership Development Program. This advanced course will enhance the new supervisor’s learning journey with 7 new topics that are a continuation from the first LDP. This course is designed to help expand the knowledge new leaders need when taking on a new or advanced role within their companies. The cohort setting with multiple manufacturing companies leads to gaining a broader perspective on common issues that attendees may be facing.

This program will consist of 7 essential classes for new leaders. The course will be delivered in 4 hour increments, every two weeks, August 2025 - October 2025. The topics are listed below with a course description and class dates available on the flyer at www.azmep.com/events

Certificates will be awarded to those who complete all 7 sessions.

• Session 1: Lean Leadership (August 6th)
• Session 2: Emotional Intelligence (August 20th)
• Session 3: Communication with Influence & Persuasion for Leaders (September 3rd)
• Session 4: Effective Decision Making (September 16th - TUESDAY)
• Session 5: Learning to Lead with Accountability (October 1st)
• Session 6: Employee Engagement (October 15th)
• Session 7: Innovative Thinking (October 28th - TUESDAY)
