The 5-day course is loaded with practical examples, breakout sessions, and hands-on exercises to engage students and practice the concepts learned throughout the class.Lean Green Belt covers a multitude of lean methodologies and tools including:• 5S• Plant Layout• Lean Deployment• Training Within Industry• Mistake Proofing• Kaizen• Value Stream Mapping• TPM• Cellular Flow• Pull Systems• Lean Performance Measures• Leadership Roles• Strategic Planning• Building a Lean CultureEngaging exercises are included to apply the skills in a structured environment incorporating data collection forms, videos and case studies.
