Arizona Construction Hike for Hope - Phoenix

Join AFSP for our signature Construction Hike for Hope at Papago Park! This event is free to register for and is open to all ages, so bring your family out for a morning hike with us.

According to the CDC's data on suicide risk, the occupational groups, the construction and extraction industries were found to have the highest rate of suicide in the United States. The goals of this partnership are to improve the mental health of construction workers through affective suicide prevention education, intervention and postvention strategies, to encourage, equip and empower mental health champions in the workplace.

We invite all to join us, you don't need to be part of the construction industry to participate in the hike!

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention leads the fight to stop suicide. Funds raised from the Construction Hike for Hope allows AFSP to invest in research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss.
