A Night of Jazz

Join us for A Night of Jazz as Young Sounds of Arizona takes the stage for the Herberger Theater Center’s First Friday concert series with a dynamic program that spans both the history and the future of jazz. Enjoy timeless classics from pioneers like Louis Armstrong, hard‑bop legends such as Art Blakey, and the swinging big‑band sounds of Buddy Rich and Count Basie, along with original works and fresh arrangements by world‑renowned artists.

As part of our Community Showcase series, this FREE outdoor event features diverse and eclectic live music, interactive activities for kids, drink specials, and open galleries featuring rotating art exhibits. Each Community Showcase event spotlights a local non‑profit organization, strengthening community connection through the arts.
