Writing About Our Ancestors with Violet Snow

Are you among the millions of people who have used genealogy websites to research your family history? Has your family passed down stories and artifacts?

This THREE-SESSION class will help you preserve your ancestors’ past in written form. This class will also meet on 1/12 and 1/26.

We will talk about the power of details, historical setting, ways to frame a story, and exploring what these stories mean to the living. Writing exercises, with optional feedback, will help you jumpstart and move forward with your own written account of your ancestors’ lives.
