We are delighted to welcome Siddappa Hebasur, a renowned yoga teacher from the Samyak Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda in Mysore, India (www.samyakyoga.org/siddappa-hebasur), for a special two-day workshop at our studio.

Day 1: Tuesday, November 4, 2025:

10:00 – 12:30 
A focused session to explore a variety of classical asanas through discussion and guided practice. Learn how to align the body correctly and understand the purpose behind each posture.
Experience how precision in asana builds stability, safety, and freedom in your practice. 

This workshop is open to everyone who is interested in learning and refining correct postures and alignment principles.

14:00 – 16:30 
An inspiring evening dedicated to the inner dimension of yoga.
We will discuss the philosophy of breath and life energy, and study Pranayama in detail, its techniques, benefits, and its role in cultivating clarity and balance. The session concludes with Kirtan, an uplifting practice of sound, devotion, and togetherness.

Open to all who wish to experience yoga beyond the physical practice and realise the deeper essence of breath and spirit.

Day 2: Wednesday 5, 2025

10:00 – 12:30 
A practical and insightful session focusing on the healing aspect of yoga practice. Through discussion and guided asana work, we explore how yoga can support common health concerns and promote balance in the body and mind. 

Main topics include:
1.	Yoga practice for diabetes and the digestive system
2.	Yoga for back pain and knee pain

This workshop is suitable for all practitioners who wish to understand how specific postures and mindful alignment can be applied therapeutically in daily life.

14:00 – 16:30
An evening of reflection and continued exploration on the science of breath. We will complete our discussion on Pranayama, deepening the understanding of its effects on energy, concentration, and inner peace. The session also includes an open Q&A, offering space for personal questions, sharing, and clarification.

Open to all who wish to integrate Pranayama more consciously into their yoga and daily living.

About Teacher:
Siddappa Hebasur is a seasoned yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience. Born in the serene town of Savadatti in the Belagavi district of Karnataka, his yoga journey began in an ashram environment, forming the foundation of his lifelong dedication to practice and teaching.

His teachings seamlessly blend Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga with a deep understanding of Pranayama, meditation, and yoga therapy, offering a holistic path for practitioners of all levels. 

Recognized with the titles Yoga Siri and Yoga Bhushan, and holding records for his remarkable Sun Salutation practice, Siddappa embodies the discipline, devotion, and heart of authentic yoga tradition.
