Chef Jomar - from our sister property Citadines Bacolod City, brings 31 years of culinary experience, from Italianni’s to serving as Chef de Cuisine in Brunei. As MIHCA-trained, he has earned multiple top awards, including a Gold Medal with Distinction and the Jade Toque Award. His background promises a dining experience rooted in tradition and refined technique.
Chef Arnel is a certified Food Safety and Hygiene Officer with over 15 years of experience, including a decade with Ascott Philippines, and is now based at Ascott Bonifacio Global City. He’s skilled in kitchen systems like SCM and IM and brings added insight from running his own food business.
