From Doing to Being: An Inner Journey invites practitioners to move beyond effort and achievement on the mat, and into a deeper state of presence and awareness.

Through a progressive practice that begins with dynamic movement and gradually softens into stillness, this class explores the shift from external doing to internal experiencing. As the body unwinds and the breath deepens, the mind is guided toward clarity, quietness, and ease.

This journey is an invitation to let go of striving, reconnect with yourself, and rest in the simple truth of being.

Carmen is a Yoga Alliance International certified senior teacher. She began her yoga journey in 2007 and has been teaching yoga full-time since 2013. Her teaching supports both physical and mental well-being, inspiring joy, balance, strength, and resilience.
