Meta House is honored to welcome Mala Reinhardt, acclaimed German filmmaker, Berlinale Talents alumni, and German Films Face2Face Ambassador 2025, known for her intimate, politically grounded, and deeply human storytelling. Reinhardt’s work often explores identity, belonging, and the emotional landscapes that shape our lives. These themes are vividly present in her film Familiar Places (2024). Her films have been celebrated for their honesty, sensitivity, and the way they carve space for voices often unheard.

The workshop aims to bring together artists from diverse backgrounds, creating a space for exchange, cooperation, and new perspectives on identity in all its complexity.
