Race Registration is open!
Race to Lil Moe's is race number 1 out of 9 in the West Virginia Mountain Bike Association's Cross Country MTB Series.
Each WVMBA Series Race features 3 categories to choose from when selecting your race class. Category selection should be based on fitness, skill, and time to complete the course.
-Pro/Cat 1 Distances range from 18-24 miles for the series
-Cat 2 Distances range from 12-18 miles for the series
-Novice/Beginner range from 5-12 miles for the series
This race features a good mix of technical single track and good ol' fashion tight twisty woods sections with some climbing. Each category is distance based.
-Cat 1/Pro Categories will be racing for $$ for the top 3 positions in all 5 sub categories with equal pay to men's open and women's open.
-Cat 2, E-Bikes, and Novice riders will be racing for prize table or special awards for top 3 in each sub category at the promoters discretion.
This race is sanctioned by WVMBA. Annual WVMBA members get $5 off their race entries.
Free Kids race for Kids 10 years of age and under at 11 a.m.! Day of check in only for them it is required to check in from 10:30-10:50. Proper shoes and a helmet are required for kids race and kids are 7 are to be accompanied by an adult.
Junior and Youth categories are $30 (+online reg fees) All other classes are $50 (+online reg fees) up until March 31st.
Starting March 22nd there will be a $10 increase in registration for all racers until registration closes. Registration closes at 6:00 p.m. Friday March 27th to allow time to submit registrants to our timing company.
