But I keep coming back to the feeling that wholeness doesn't end with the individual.Nothing in nature exists in isolation.A lone bird is beautiful, but a murmuration creates something astonishing, hundreds of birds moving as if they share one mind. Our own bodies too, are living ecosystems, made up of trillions of cells working together to create something none of them could become alone.A circle is often used to represent wholeness because every point is equally important. Remove one piece, and it is no longer complete. Nature seems to understand this instinctively: every part belongs because every part contributes to the whole.Perhaps we humans have forgotten.Many of us spend years trying to heal ourselves, become our best selves, or find our purpose. But maybe becoming whole isn't the destination. Maybe it prepares us for something larger.Maybe our individual healing is meant to strengthen the greater circle.We live in a time that desperately needs communities that know how to listen, support one another, celebrate together, grieve together, and imagine a different way of being. Real change doesn't happen through isolated individuals, it happens when connected people remember they belong to something bigger than themselves.This month's dance is an invitation to explore both.What does it feel like to inhabit your own wholeness?
