In the 5Rhythms, each subsequent rhythm unfolds from the foundational rhythm of Flowing. We never lose our flow as we move through the gateways of Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. We drop in, going deeper and deeper until we land in Stillness, our deepest meditation. In this Sunday practice class, we will focus on the luscious, transformational process that occurs when our only task is to stay in our flow.

When we put our bodies into motion we become waves of infinite possibility, forming and reforming ourselves in every moment. Sanctuary is an invitation to drop into the Wave and set yourself free!

This class is a Waves level class, open to all dancers & suitable for beginners—there are no prerequisites required or steps to learn!

Waves is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we develop our physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms. This class counts towards the 5Rhythms Training Path.
