I began my journey at 200 pounds and have since transformed, maintaining a healthy weight of 160 pounds. I now feel more energized, look great, and am passionate about sharing my success.
I am also the CEO of Joyful Transformation Boot Camp, where my focus is 20% fitness, 80% nutrition, and 100% accountability and self-love. My mission is to encourage others to never give up and to serve as a supportive accountability partner.
Having lived in West Philly all my life, I love traveling the world and prioritizing health and fitness. Being part of this amazing community allows me to show my family and friends what’s possible when we focus on our health, mental stability, and overall well-being.
