Intro to the Core and Pelvic Floor

Join pelvic floor therapists Dr. Gabriela Rivera Koehler and Dr. Sam Leonetti for a workshop all about the pelvic floor and core! We will learn about what the pelvic floor is, what it does, and ways to engage and relax it. We will also provide a “core screen” and give some tips and recommendations for how to incorporate pelvic floor and core mindfulness into your pilates routine and every day movements.
