In-person class: Artisan Ravioli Making (Philadelphia)

Take a trip to Italy – without the airfare!Discover the joy of making fresh pasta and turning into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli.Learn the art of mixing your own seasoned pasta dough from flour and roll it into thin sheets to shape your ravioli. Next you will make a spinach and artichoke filling and learn two different sauces that pair beautifully with your pasta: Garlic Creamy Sauce and a Buttery Garlic Sauce. You'll also learn how to make a homemade vinaigrette to pair with your side salad! Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
