Settle into the deep, resonant vibrations of a gong bath, then refresh yourself through the ease and comfort of restorative yoga. Aromatic botanicals fill the space as you engage in gentle crafting practices that inspire balance, calm, and embodied presence. This experience invites you to reconnect with yourself, the earth, and the quiet wisdom that rises when we slow down together.All Grounded In Wellness events are free and the first 15-20 people will get to take home the herbal products we make together.Light snacks and water will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, if you prefer to use your own. Limited yoga mats will be available.Note: Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor event in the community garden behind Lucien E.
