Skrip's Big Brew is the collaborative creation of Fantôme brewer/founder Dany Prignon, Nick Sarlo (nickname: Skrip), Doug Phresh of Phresh Phlavors, and two other great friends.  Nick shared the back story on how Skrip's Big Brew came to be with us; read on. 

"I've been friends with Dany for a long time and he has always asked me to come brew. Not being a brewer myself, aside from the occasional homebrew or helping out a friend, I always politely declined. About a year ago I decided I really needed to do this, not only for myself, but also to provide a good brewer friend with more inspiration.

 It ended up being a collab between myself (Skrip), Doug Phresh (Phresh Phlavors) and 2 other great friends. Skrip's Big Brew is a double decocted Saison with Citra hops and cayenne in the whirlpool and a strawberry tea we all picked out together, steeped for about 10 minutes after boil. The strawberry tea consisted of white tea, dried strawberries, hibiscus, and orange peel. The cayenne was not in the original plan, but Dany came out with it and insisted we throw it in. I wasn't too sure at the time but now I couldn't be happier with the addition."
