Home Brewed Events and Doom have come together for a monthly Doom Metal yoga class. This accessible class is meant for folks who love metal music and are curious about yoga - all levels are welcome! The class is industry-friendly and a chance to focus on some self-care to start the week. Move through an hour-long class with Meredith Rebar, a music and events veteran and 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Monarch Yoga.

About the Instructor: As a busy small business owner with over 15 years in the events, beer, and spirits industry, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for music lovers, musicians, and folks in the industry. Enjoy a punk, ska, emo, indie, and metal music playlist during her classes!
