About the Instructor: As a busy small business owner with over 15 years in the events, beer, and spirits industry, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for music lovers, musicians, and folks in the industry. Enjoy a punk, ska, emo, indie, and metal music playlist during her classes!
