1/2-day Silent Mindfulness Retreat
Set aside the distractions and preoccupations of daily life, and settle more deeply into the present moment of your lived experience. Intensive practice is one of the most powerful ways to deepen and extend your path of mindfulness and meditation. We are excited to offer this opportunity to share the silence of practice within a supportive community. Abide in silence and stillness as you are guided in a variety of mindfulness practices during this 3-hour intensive.
Pre-requisite: Some experience with mindfulness meditation is recommended (but not required) as this will not be an instructional session.However, you will not be restricted if you have no experience.
