If you are staying for the swim after (around 7),  remember a towel, sun hat for water, swimsuit, sunblock.
If you would like to lay out after, you may want to bring snacks, flip flops, bug spray
We walk at a moderate pace, about 2.8 mph. If you would like to take it at a more leisurely place, you're welcome to join us at the swimming after.
