​Whether you are prepping for your first Sprint or eyeing a 140.6, our meetups provide the safe, supportive, and high-energy environment you need to conquer the "washing machine" start! 🦆💨

​✅ Master the Skills: Practice sighting, drafting, time-trial starts, and getting in/out of that wetsuit without the race-day jitters.

​✅ Double the Courses: We feature two marked courses (Beginner & Intermediate) with race buoys to keep you on track.

✅ ​Safety First: Swim with peace of mind! We have in-water mentors, guides, lifeguards, and kayak support on duty.

​✅ Transition Training: With easy beach access, it’s the ideal spot to practice your T1 (Swim-to-Bike) transitions! 🚴🏃‍♀️
