We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, an ancient ceremonial elixir traditionally used to support heart-opening, presence, and emotional connection. As you sip, you’ll be guided to set an intention around rest, self-love, and receiving—allowing the warmth of cacao to signal safety and ease within the body.

From there, you’ll be led through a slow, fully supported Yin Yoga practice. Long-held postures invite the body to release tension while encouraging deep rest and surrender. This is not a practice of pushing or stretching, but one of being held—by the earth, by the breath, and by yourself. Gentle guidance and spacious pauses create room for softness, reflection, and integration.
