Join us for a relaxing experience on the water as we combine stand-up paddleboarding, sound healing, and meditation for ultimate Zen vibes! Let the soothing sounds & gentle movement of the water guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Life jackets, anchors and sup equipment included. Open your mind, body and spirit. AND there is no need to stand up for this one. Unless you want to give it a try!The hour is a rough estimate for the session only. Please arrive early to park, check in, sign a waiver, set up and achor before we float. (weather permitting-there may be a delay if a short storm passes by. On watch for weather and wind conditions ).If the weather is iffy, Paddle Pewaukee allows you to cancel or reschedule up to 5 minutes before your lesson.
