Please have your dinner choice ready when you register each guest. Dinner choices are:
- Black Angus Braised Beef Short Ribs with peppercorn sauce
- Lemon Chicken Breast lightly breaded, sauteed and finished with lemon cream
- Florida Tilapia baked with a tart orange glaze
