The updated science is in. Let’s Normalize the Conversation and get back our Energy, Sleep, Moods, Sex life, Muscle Mass, Decrease the risk of UTIs, Decrease Brain fog, and just start LIVING. ?? 

We’ll talk about WHI (Women’s Health Initiative). What’s changed, what’s recommended. We’ll go thru the science, not the Tik-Tok sound bites.  

What to ask your doctor. 
What types of hormones are available for Men and Women. (yep guys we are talking testosterone as well!)
Pelvic Floor health and what exercises are good to snap that area back into shape, or keep it in shape!

We are back at The Perry Hotel.  Bring your friends, your spouse, and your questions.  

We’ll have snacks but feel free to grab a drink or food at the Noggin’ Room and bring it up.
