New Moon Sound Bath

New Moon is a time of letting go and setting intentions. A time to reflect upon what is needed to heal.

Sound bath provides the sacred space to deeply rest. This magical meditation soothes the soul and resets the mind. Euphoric and transformational just begin to describe this opportunity to release
that which no longer serves our highest and greatest good.

Enjoy the sounds of antique Tibetan singing bowls, alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and symphonic gongs. These healing vibrations will touch every cell of the physical body while balancing our energetic, spiritual and emotional selves.

No yoga poses required, this is an awesome nap. Dress comfortably, bring your favorite blanket and pillow if you like. Mats, blocks, eye pillows and blankets provided.
