- **Event Description**: A free form community movement space to welcome all of who you are into expression within a trauma informed container to cultivate connection, resilience and collective resourcing together. 

There will be an opening and closing circle as well as some gentle verbal guidance and inquiry along with a playlist to inspire movement possibilities. Everyone is invited and welcome to follow the wisdom of their own body and how they are guided from the inside out. 

The music will be a different playlist each month and will follow a wave format, starting out more subtle music and rising to a crescendo before coming back down to a quiet ending to support integration and rest.  

All ages and abilities welcome! Yes that means kids too!
No experience with dance of any kind needed. 

Dates: 
4th Fridays 7-8:30pm
February 27th, March 27th and April 24th
at Yoga Roots Petoskey, 444 E. Mitchell St, Petoskey (enter around the back alley)

Donations appreciated, suggested $10-$20

Facilitated by Hilary Lake, RSMT (registered somatic movement therapist) and healing arts community minister. She aspires to guide people to align with their bodies and values in nourishing and enlivening ways while cultivating a generative relationship to the Earth and all life.
