So we thought, hey let’s find a run and get a group to go do it!! So we found the run on July 18th at Bear River. The Run is the Bear River Crawl.  We are just going to run it (or walk or crawl for that matter?) as a group. Doesn’t misery love company… lol!

The Couch to 5k is about 8weeks! So the timing is perfect.
