- **Event Description**: Little Traverse Bay Quilters Guild will be taking part in two events in 2026 at the Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey. 

We are honored to have a quilt made by many members of our guild be displayed as part of the CTAC's "At Home" exhibit. The exhibit will run from January 16 through February 28, 2026. 

It is a regular tradition of the guild to make individual blocks and gift them to the guild president during the annual holiday luncheon as a thank-you. The house blocks in this quilt were all made by guild members and were gifted to past president Judith Ivan. Judith arranged the blocks, sewed them together and added some very special borders, and Jan Gray quilted it; making this truly a community quilt.

On January 29, Tresa Keys, our Quilts of Valor Coordinator, will present "Hearts and Hands” - compassionate works of art, at the Crooked Tree Coffee @ Ten lecture from 10-11am. Tresa will give an introduction about the Little Traverse Bay Quilters Guild; a brief history, its mission, and its outreach programs. Representatives from Children’s quilts, Hospice quilts and Placemats for those who receive Meals on Wheels, will share their respective quilts during a trunk show of each outreach program.
