It can bring about deep relaxation, stress relief, awakening, inner peace, improved sleep, calmer mind, reduced anxiety, opening intuition, balancing hormones, improving immunity, improved concentration, reduce blood pressure, stimulate energy flow, harmonise the chakras, remove negativity and enhance well-being.From there we will settle down for he transformative sonic sound healing.The event ends with a fire ceremony and the letting go of that which does not serve us.When we release what doesn't serve us, we clear life's path for a new direction.
