The Energy Series is a new monthly Kundalini Yoga experience to help you reconnect, recharge and reset. Each 90-minute session combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and the gong to move energy through the body, clear stress from the system, and bring you back to your natural rhythm.
This practice can be both powerful and grounding - sometimes strong, sometimes deeply still - always designed to meet you where you are.
