We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour. The session will be led by Kate from Woodland Wellbeing, a Shirin-Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner. She will invite participants to join in activities developed to help engage all their senses in the Shinrin-Yoku experience there will also be the opportunity for quiet reflection. As the session draws to a close participants will pause for a restorative tea and to share their experiences of time spent together in nature. Booking is essential.
