CommuniTEA events is participant-centric facilitation comprised of three core developmental concepts:\r\n1. Participants’ interaction and collaboration are the central focus.  All training events will focus on the development of the students, not the facilitator’s expertise.\r\n2. A principal objective is to meet the participants’ fundamental expectations for training.
