I'm excited about this collaboration with Kelsey! Join us at Café Amulet’s beautiful, historic space, filled with positive energy and the bonus of great smells.   

What will gently unfold in your well-deserved 90 minutes? We will begin with breathwork to center you and begin to calm the nervous system, gradually move into gentle restorative yoga to release tightness and tension, and transition into a state of relaxation and meditation using sound.  Allow yourself to be held by the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments while the mind gently lets go of what is happening off your mat, and you start to restore balance.   We always end our sessions with a warm mug of tea and a made-from-scratch treat from Kelsey at Café Amulet. 

After the session, there’s no hurry; you can stay as long as you want with uplifting company, a good book, or do whatever brings you joy. I hope you will join us and invest in your wellness.  You deserve it!
