The purpose of this event is to build trust and promote community resilience by connecting community members to care, support, education, and resources. There will be focuses on facilitating healthy lifestyles by providing access to healthy food, overdose prevention, STI education and testing, immunizations, maternal health, safety, and emergency preparedness.The Ready, Set, Action Petersburg Wellness & Community Resource Fair is being held on April 11th, 2026, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Petersburg High School located at: 3101 Johnson Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805.It will feature over 50 community organizations, health screenings, locals speakers and hands-on experiences. This includes food demonstrations, a free grocery giveaway, and other engaging activities. There will be food trucks, music, and a family friendly day filled with activities for all ages.
