We'll convene at Pavilion 3 (Beachside) and kick things off with an introductory educational talk on mushrooms from club member John Traister. Afterward, we will head out in groups to look for mushrooms.

What to expect: Generally, there is a brief overview of the kinds of mushrooms that may be seasonally available. Other relevant or important club updates may also be covered. Depending on the number of people in attendance, we will divide into groups to forage for mushrooms. Typically, the walks last 1-2 hours. As people return, mushroom finds are placed and displayed on the tables at the pavilion we'll meet at, and then a time of identification occurs. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during this period.

New members are welcome and can sign up at the meeting. We'll have applications on hand. Dues are $20 annually and can be paid via cash or check. Send us a message if you have any questions!
