- **Event Description**: Join our experienced paranormal investigation team led by Ryan O’Neill (Scottish Paranormal, Discovery Channels Spooked Scotland, Spooked Ireland, and published author) & Greg Stewart (Scottish Paranormal, published author, and guest on Help My House is Haunted, Haunted Places and Ghosts off Grid) for what promises to be a very interesting evening at this fantastic historic location.

The Location
When it opened in 1888, prisoners at Peterhead Prison (Scotland’s only convict prison) were put to work quarrying granite to be used in the construction of the nearby harbour. Work was not completed until 1956, by which time the prison had gained a reputation for housing hardened prisoners. It was then turned into a high-security prison, earning the nickname ‘Scotland’s Alcatraz’ due to the nature of some of those held there.

In 2012, the prison began to be cleared, and, in 2013, it was decommissioned. Three years later, it reopened as a tourist attraction, giving a fascinating insight into the conditions over its 125-year history, telling the stories of some notorious convicts and what it was like to serve as an officer.

Paranormal Activity
Over the years, many reports of unexplained activity within the property have been made, including disembodied footsteps and voices, sudden drops in temperature, dark shadow figures, and a nurse continuing her duties in the prison block.

Psychic Ghost Walk
The walk round will consist of a tour of the location with our trusted Psychic Medium, Louise Walker*. The aim is to allow our medium to channel information from the spirit realm and give information on any spiritual presences.

Vigils & Experiments
The event will include various vigils and experiments which everyone will have the opportunity to participate in. These will include filmed vigils, trigger object experiments, EVP experiments, use of a variety of ghost hunting gadgets and much more. There will also be free roam time after the structured sessions during which you can become the investigator and carry out your own mini-vigil, accompanied by one of our team members.

Review Of Findings & Experiences
All findings will be analysed throughout the evening and there will be a discussion at the end of the investigation.
