CPR and Defibrillation class

We deliver a 3-hour training course covering Adult, Child, and Infant CPR alongside the use of a defibrillator. The training is designed for adults and young people who want to be prepared at home, in their communities, or in the workplace. Why not come along and learn as a family. The training is highly practical, giving participants hands-on experience to handle real emergencies with confidence. Aligned with current safety standards, it strengthens essential lifesaving skills and ensures everyone is ready to act when it counts.
