Enjoy the powerful voice of ballad singer Allan Taylor, the lively fiddle of Karin Paterson, and tales woven by storytellers Phyll McBain and Jackie Ross. Together, they’ll bring to life the humour, hardship, and heritage of rural Scotland in a ceilidh-style celebration.

The Aberdeen and Beyond Storytelling Festival 2025 is jointly organised by the Grampian Association of Storytellers (GAS) and the Elphinstone Institute, with support from the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Scottish International Storytelling Festival, St Peter's Heritage Centre (Peterculter), the Traditional Music and Song Association of Scotland (TMSA), and the University of Aberdeen.
