Ready to start the New Year with new challenges and positive habits? Join our beginner-friendly yoga class, perfect if you’re new to yoga or coming back after a break.

Each class focuses on gently building strength, flexibility, and balance, with plenty of modifications and options so you can move at your own pace and feel supported every step of the way. No pressure, no experience needed—just a welcoming space to move and breathe.
