In memory of Jack Lloyd, who tragically lost his life in open water in 2025, Stanground Sports Centre and Jack’s Hub have teamed up to raise awareness about water safety. 

Join us for an important and exciting event where you can learn life-saving skills and understand the dangers of swimming in open water. ?


⚠️Event Details 

Location: Stanground Sports Centre Swimming Pool 
Age Range: 11–17 years 
Session Length: 1.5 hours 
What to Bring: Swimming kit ???
 

Activities Include:

?Rookie Lifeguarding – Try rescue techniques with our friendly instructors 
?Self-Rescue – Learn how to help yourself if you get into difficulty 
?First Aid & CPR – Practice essential first aid skills and learn CPR 
?Swimming & Water Safety – Improve your swimming skills and get safety advice from lifeguards 
?Plus competitions and more! ?
