No soldering or glueing is involved, and you will learn to twist and interlock wire to create a stunning tree.This workshop is suitable for all. Children will require support as this piece can be fiddly and tricky to use the tools.You will learn to make your own tree of life pendant with crystal chip beads. This course is based around basic wirework and beading. Techniques covered in this class include:What the jewellery tools are and how to use themHow to use different gauges of wireHow to create loops and manipulate wireHow to plan your designs and string your beadsBasic wire bending, hooping and twisting using tools and handsHow to make a bail to hang on your chainHow to secure crystal beads to your designFace-to-face workshops are great fun and informative. Being face-to-face, unlike video tutorials, means you can ask questions, get help when you are stuck, meet other like-minded people and enjoy the group workshop setting. I will be there to support you every step of the way, and you will be able to see the process from different angles, making it easy to create your beautiful pendant.The class size is kept small to ensure plenty of one-on-one attention, with a maximum of 9 students.Please make sure you arrive before the start time, as this class is step-by-step.
