open day

we will be holding a open day, full of challenges, nutrition advice by @fibznutrifit, massages by @immortal sports&massages, inductions on our equipment and much more!! this will give all women the opportunity to look around the gym before signing up and will also give all our members the opportunity to ask questions about the equipment or any nutrition advice they would like to know about, we will also we holding a few fun fitness challenges too for you to win prizes 😀
