All of our events are meditative experiences are carefully curated to be a safe space in which you can show up exactly as you are, to be seen, heard and held in your divine truth. The evening will include an infusion of herbal tea offerings, breathwork practices, cleansing rituals, oracle card practices and more. There will also be opportunities for you to share and connect with others.

Sound healing, or sound therapy, is the practice of using music to improve your health and general well-being. It uses the vibrations of sound to lull us into a meditative state. In our spaces we harness the power of a range of instruments, tapping into various vibrational frequencies to create harmonious sounds and sensations that’ll offer an invitation to embrace a deep state of calm and relaxation.
