- Want to deepen their Pilates practice with more consistency, independence, and structure
- Are ready to move beyond “follow-along” classes and take ownership of their practise.
This unique format, allows you to:
✔️ Follow a personalised progression plan tailored to your goals
✔️ Move through your own independent workout while your classmates do the same
✔️ Experience expert guidance as the teacher moves around the room, refining and supporting your practice
✔️ Use the full studio space—including the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, chairs, and barrels
✔️ Train more cost-effectively while maintaining the quality of private instruction
This style of training gives you the best of both worlds: the structure and personalisation of private lessons, combined with the independence to take ownership of your practice—all while being supported in a small, focused group.
- To be fair to the group, all parties must be free from acute injury or chronic pain
- Have successfully completed beginners sessions OR private 121s and been signed off to join Semi-Privates.
