They give us a chance to talk to other parents who 'get it' and conversations can sometimes be about big hard stuff, or about everyday experiences, there's no agenda. 

There's no pressure to tell your story or to talk about any of your experience if you don't want to. 

The group is run by bereaved parents and there are coffees, teas and biscuits. 

You're welcome to come whether your bereavement is recent or many years ago, there are no limitations. 

If you would like to talk about the groups, or would rather someone came to meet you and walked into the meet up for the first time, let us know - we know it can feel a bit daunting. Our email is hello@balm.support
