What is Restorative Yoga?
It is a gentle form of Yoga that focuses on relaxation and healing. We use props to support the body COMPLETELY to invite a complete relaxed state. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be super beneficial for those recovering from an injury or illness.

Restorative Yoga allows us to slow down and connect to our body. It is a form of self care that can release tension and stress in the body therefore it can improve sleep and our overall well-being. It can improve our digestion and Come along for complete relaxation and the perfect antidote to our busy lives. 

What you need:
A Yoga mat or similar
Bolster
1 or 2 yoga blocks
eye mask (travel or sleep type) or eye pillow
2 - 4 cushions
2 or more blankets or towels 
A suitcase or large bag to carry in ?
Bottled water
Any Medication you may require
Wear warm layers that allow movement to include warm socks.
I will be bringing a few spare bolsters and blankets.

I am a male nudist and would like to find local events where I can be completely naked with or without like minded people, I do have trouble finding any event in Peterborough that host clothing optional? Which is a shame, but thank you in taking the time to read my message, kind regards Malcolm
