Business Networking Celebrates National Fruit and Veggies Month

June is National Fruit and Veggies Month. What better way to celebrate this national month than with vegetarian food samples and business networking? This June we are going to Kathmandu Lounge, a Nepalese and Indian restaurant in the centre of Peterborough.

Here at Creative Content Company, we are keen to support the local business community. When we spoke to Kris at Kathmandu Lounge, he felt the same. This is why they will be the hosts of Business Networking Celebrates National Fruit and Veggies Month.

The event will take place on Monday 15th June. Attendees are encouraged to arrive from 3pm for informal networking. At 3.30pm we will hear from the venue. This will be followed by attendees talking for up to 1 minute about their business and what they do.

We will then be tasting some samples of foods that are made of fruit and vegetables at Kathmandu Lounge. During this time, attendees are welcome to continue networking. While this Business Neworking Celebrates event is free to attend, we ask guests to purchase drinks from the business on arrival and during the event.

Kathmandu Lounge have kindly offered us their private dining space which is upstairs. This was refurbished late 2025. While parking is not available at the venue, you can use the car parks in and around Peterborough city centre.

As with all our Business Networking Celebrates events, this one is no different. Business Networking Celebrates National Fruit and Veggies Month is being marketed by the online marketers here at Creative Content Company, for free. Kris is hosting the event at his venue for no charge and offering free samples too. Attendees are then welcome to come along for free too.

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. This is to promote the event, the venue and the attendees. If you do not want to be in these, please let me know on the day. After the event, all attendees will be sent details of each other so people can continue networking.

While it is free to attend, please book in advance. This means that we know how many people to expect, so we have enough food to go around.
