Asana Labs: Hips & Twists

An opportunity to dive deep into the foundational aspects of specific yoga poses. In this series, we will discuss and demonstrate the optimal safe alignment for the most common yoga poses, their recommended modifications, and have lots of time for individual questions and answers. These asana labs are appropriate for beginners through advanced students.
